Training

AMP designs and delivers tailor-made training programmes to prepare your teams for real-world security challenges. From situational awareness and threat recognition to crisis response and communication protocols, our instructors bring field-tested expertise to every session.

Whether your staff operates in high-risk environments, manages sensitive facilities, or travels to uncertain zones, our programmes build the reflexes and confidence needed to act decisively when it matters most.

Stage T-1 — MECO: Operational Readiness

Target audience: Business travellers, NGO workers, expats, and isolated workers operating in uncertain environments who require both intellectual conditioning and technical preparation.

Objective: Build team confidence and immediate individual and collective reaction capacity in the event of an unexpected incident. Learn to achieve operational readiness (MECO), master mission preparation tools, and respond effectively in insecure contexts.

Effective security starts with people who know how to respond — not just what to do, but when and why.
Theory Module — 1 day
  • Mission preparation methodology
  • Contingency logistics and the 48-hour emergency kit
  • Movement planning and orientation
  • Crisis management organisation (equipment, documents, communication)
  • Individual first-aid kit (IFAK) — kit provided at end of course
Practical Module — 1 day
  • Group obstacle course under emergency conditions (water crossing, vertical wall, narrow passage) within a crisis scenario
  • Deployment of communication means and basic helicopter landing zone marking for evacuation

Stage T-2 — HEAT: Hostile Environment Awareness Training

Target audience: Business travellers, expats, and isolated workers in uncertain environments — an advanced follow-on to the MECO programme requiring intellectual conditioning and technical readiness.

Objective: Build the capacity to react immediately, individually and collectively, in severely degraded situations. Based on a realistic scenario, participants individually or in pairs apply simple orientation, re-contact, and team regrouping procedures from a degraded starting point.

Theory Module — 1 day
  • Threats and hostile operating methods
  • Emergency plan and orientation
  • Procedures with communication means
  • Procedures without communication means
Practical Module — 1 to 2 days
  • Group conditioning in a hostile context
  • Individual application of emergency procedures
  • Mixed concealment and movement course with re-contact exercise

Stage M-1 — ERDI U/W Maritime Safety: Professional Diving

Target audience: Experienced professionals wishing to operate in shallow underwater environments, and members of existing dive teams tasked with inspecting vessel hulls at berth or at anchor.

Objective: Train personnel capable of checking a vessel's hull integrity, carrying out elementary underwater work, ensuring the security of a water area or harbour zone, and gathering evidence of unlawful acts or accidents.
